At the core of our operations is our development department. It is here that we create trendy and market conscious products to meet our clients demands. With international and industry experience we are able to foresee demands and perform in an innovative manner.

Our laundry processes allow us to apply different finishes to the garments. Using a variety of washes and treatments with cutting edge machines, the results are eye-catching.

Our Marketing and Sales department is comprised of client-focused teams that communicate directly with our global clients to ensure that everything is carried out to their satisfaction.

With a team that is fluent in several languages, and highly responsive, this department is in charge of receiving orders, pricing, overseeing production and post production, delivery and after sales.

This active team of professionals handles our clients needs and has built long lasting relationships with some of the worlds largest denim companies.

Our pre-production process is where we organize and plan our clients orders prior to fulfilling them. In order to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process our team plans the production lifecycle of every product that is created in our facility.

It begins with the production lines being organized to meet specific order needs. Then sourcing material and procurement, receiving and inspecting materials to ensure complete client satisfaction, and finally sampling products before they go into production.

At NewStar, our manufacturing process is comprised of cutting, sewing, laundry, and finishing & packing.

Our manufacturing processes are overseen with inline inspection by our Quality Assurance Department, ensuring the highest standards at each step of the production cycle.

Our highly meticulous logistics team is diligent in making sure our products can be delivered anywhere around the world with ease. We are 100% export oriented.

We ship products to more than 30 different countries over six continents with North America having the largest share of our exports, followed by Europe.
