MERCHANDISING AND PLANNING
The merchandising and planning department acts as the main link between clients and factory operations making sure everything runs smoothly and on time. The department is responsible for:
- Purchasing local and imported materials
- Following up on daily production progress
- Coordinating sample development with technical office
- Checking fabric inspections to confirm readiness
- Sending cutting orders to the cutting department
- Monitoring cutting and sewing productivity
WAREHOUSE DEPARTMENT
- Our 900 sq.mtr warehouse provided with high tech anti fire system.
- Our qualified people working with ERP system connected with our account dept.
